• Manage the ‘end to end’ implementation of all ICT infrastructure across 3 releases relating to the ERP / Property Program.• Management of the ‘end-to-end’ delivery of the data migration from over 70 Council legacy systems into the SAP system. Migration includes all aspects of the required Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL).• Project Managed the Release 1 remediation project. This project includes the deployment of a Hierarchical Storage Management solution, Commvault Simpana• Responsible for the management and delivery of an archiving environment and a refreshed backup environment• Develop and implement a procurement strategy to procure a complex array of hardware, software and implementation services utilising Council’s procurement framework.• Work with the stakeholders to document and track the benefits associated with the deployment of the solution• Manage as a major task, the migration of Councils Netware environment to Windows.

• Successfully established a Disaster Recover data centre at Council and provided Disaster Recovery solutions for their critical business systems.• Successful implementation and testing of Disaster Recovery solutions for Councils critical solutions including Payroll, email, Oracle Financials, Network Drives, Rating & Billing system and the Avaya telephony system.• Managed all facets of the refurbishment of the Disaster Recovery data centre. This included the management of a number of diverse Council teams across multiple directorates as well as a myriad of external vendors• Managed the successful handover of the Disaster Recovery solutions and recovery processes to the Council IT Operations team

This project implemented an upgrade to the Council’s Document and Record Management system using the Council’s internal Project Management methodology. Ensured that project deliverables were within budget and on schedule meeting client expectations and business needs.
