CurrentI was fortunate to have the opportunity to join Thomas Gray in 2006 having been invited by our MD Ian, and founder Tom, whom I had known for many years prior. I have proactively delivered successful searches on both a retained and contingency level for all our Foundation Clients in most disciplines. Over the last decade of working closely with Ian, I have learnt about search and become one of the industry’s best-connected recruiters from site to senior management level with a sound knowledge of both private and public housing. Also, I have benefitted from working in such an entrepreneurial business that remains the market leader. I have been trained exceptionally well both in-house and externally and subsequently taken charge of a number of key clients that have been passed over and have resourced, preselected and placed dozens of high calibre individuals from 40k - 120k.Prior to joining TGL I served for circa 12 years in the Royal Engineers and upon leaving in 1996, I joined Wentworth Club as a Personal Fitness Trainer and I subsequently had my own business for around five years before joining Thomas Gray. My main focus outside of work are my children and their growing success on the basketball court. I am also a keen golfer and a member at West Hill Golf Club.
