Im currently engaged as a Senior technical business Analyst at CBA on contract. Imleading the Data migration exercise form multiple existing systems into a New OpenPages implementation for risk Management. Im also performing most of the BAU system administration activities.

Australia's largest travel insurance provider; Summary: I am currently the lead BA on a large-scale project to replace our agent portal, policy issue and administration application. Also extending to internal policy issue and administration, agency and consultant administration and product/plan configuration across the AU/NZ region and also in the UK. These high volume application generating 97% of total revenue. The project was initially waterfall methodology, but later we shifted, where possible to agile due to ongoing changes to requirements and project scope. Employed at Expressdata as a Solution Architect, primarily to assist the IT team in moving their applications across to a 3 tier SOA environment. This was planned to be a staged process initially to bring legacy application up to current technologies.
