I have worked in the mining industry for most of mycareer within BHP Billiton, South32 and South African Energy Coal. I have a solid understanding of setting up and running IT in large Organizations. I have lived and worked abroad in diverse cultures and locations. My experience covers all aspects of IT from infrastructure, ERP implementations and being HEAD of IT (CIO) within largeorganizations. Strategy development, Cybersecurity, POPIA and managing large IT projects key are also key experience elements. I have also taken IT departments through. change programmes focusing on staff and cost reduction and process efficiencies.
