I am an enthusiastic and dedicated Recruitment Consultant within British Gas in Cardiff. I have been with our company for 22 years and in my present role for the last 13 years. My previous experience includes being a Team Leader (1998 - 2005), leading, developing & motivating teams of between 8 - 20 Customer Sales Executives, ensuring my teams achieved company objectives through effective performance management and coaching on high quality customer service, and by managing the contractors we rely on to install new gas supplies.

Following on from my work on Customer Relations, I was appointed as Customer Focus Developer (1997 - 1998) - looking at the business from a customer's viewpoint and representing the customer (internal and external) within the business. I created and worked on an Action Plan for Cardiff, collating and analysing the data gathered in order to implement.

Customer Relations (1996 - 1997) - I was responsible for resolving high level customer enquiries, liaising with consumer bodies, customers and external companies; arranging case studies to share best practice; collating / providing management information; decision making.

Domestic Supply Point Administration (1996) - Duties included resolving disputed final meter readings; resolving erroneous transfers by liaising with competitors; providing management information; establishing the DSPA process in Cardiff. Acheived promotion to our Customer Relations department.
