Having established SK Drylining and Interiors LTD in 2002 as Director I offered acomprehensive range of external and internal fitting out and finishing systems to satisfythe commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, hospital and retail buildingconstruction needs of today. I specialized in all forms of internal and external wall andceiling systems, including load bearing and non load bearing metal stud partitions,demountable partitions, floor joisting, MF Plasterboard ceilings, suspended grid and tileceilings, raised access floors, all aspects of drylining, various internal and externalrendered / plastered finishes and external Metsec wall cladding external render systemsand rain screen cladding.During this period I successfully managed and oversaw 25 full time staff including alladministration, accounting, estimating, surveying, site production engineers, safetyconsultants, foremen and managers along with a workforce of up to 150 men and women ofvarying trades on multi-various projects simultaneously. I was wholly responsible for allnegotiations with the Client, Design Teams Contractors at Time of Tender and at Finalaccount and in negotiations with Suppliers for establishing buying rates and qualitycontrol.I also ensured Health and Safety requirements and legislation was maintained at alltimes. · A comprehensive list of jobs completed is available at www.skdrylining.com

My duties included.· Organising of direct labour and sub-contractors.· Ordering of materials.· Working to a tight programme - project completed in 18 months.· Liaising with clients project manager to resolve issues arising on site.· Supervision and keeping quality control and assurance records.· Supervision of sub-contractors.· Inspection of work for quality control purposes and ensuring specifications are met.· Obtaining price comparisons from sub-contractors for elements of work.· Checking sub-contractors shop-drawings.· Capturing all variations and records for Quantity Surveyors.

Ceiling and Partition fixer· My duties included.· Installation of Gypsum partitions and ceilings.· Managed workforce onsite.· Toolbox Talks.· Responsible of the distribution of materials on site.· Keeping records of day-work elements.
