In this position, I am chiefly responsible for managing all phases of the hiring and on-boarding processes, including evaluating prospective candidates, conducting in-office interviews, administering safety and proficiency tests, coordinating facility tours and customer-led interviews, educating employees about safety standards, job placement, running background checks, drug testing, orientation, making efforts to boost retention rates, taking disciplinary action, and terminating employees on behalf of my customers. I also serve as a liaison between my account-level clients and Staffmark's employees in order to meet the human resources needs of both groups. Additionally, I frequently arrange an assortment of recruiting efforts in order to bolster our candidate database. These efforts include print and online advertising, posting and updating available positions on job boards and social media, making cold-calls to prospective candidates based on resume sourcing results, and participating in local career fairs. I coordinate weekly payroll for Staffmark's employees, a process which requires me to act as an intermediary between customers, employees, client services, payroll departments, and more specialized departments. These responsibilities also require me to occasionally investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve employee payment issues, pay/bill rate discrepancies, worker's compensation claims, and unemployment claims. To complete these tasks, I frequently utilize Erecruit, PeopleSoft (9.0 and 9.2), Vendor Management Systems, EVerify, Equifax, Microsoft Office, TextUs, Sense, IBMAssess, and an assortment of job boards such as Indeed and CareerBuilder.

I am responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of menu items to frequent customer satisfaction as a part of a motivated and efficient team. To this end, I am involved in all aspects of the restaurant's daily operating procedure, including ingredient preparation, food production, sanitation, and food safety regulation.
