About Stuart Komrower

I concentrate my practice in bankruptcy, debtor-creditor issues and insolvency-related commercial litigation. I have extensive experience in representing debtors, creditors, trustees, creditors’ committees and litigants before the state, federal and bankruptcy courts in numerous jurisdictions, and has confirmed Chapter 11 plans on behalf of debtors, trustees and committees and have an emphasis in debtor-in-possession financing and out of court restructurings. As counsel for private funds, secured creditors and a leading public business development company, my practice includes, in addition to debtor and committee representation, a concentration in secured asset recoveries, debtor-in possession financing, Section 363 sales and dispositions under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. In addition to my insolvency practice, I provide general business advice to a variety of clients, including an early stage technology company, a leading amateur ice hockey league with a national footprint and a large records storage business.
