 Responsible for distribution throughout North and South America which includes 200 company stores, National retail companies, individually owned retail outlets  Direct supervision of multiple reports of supervisors and approximately 70 warehouse associates  Coordinate safety and security throughout facility, manage multiple department budgets, implemented warehouse procedures and distribution space allocations  System applications to include WMS and SAP  Continuous review of distribution process to improve efficiencies of departments. Yearly progress/merit review of staff
