In 2012 I successfully line managed a team of 4 direct reports delivering to our team targets and with one of my team members being nominated and accepted on the Insurance Future Managers programme.Actively involved with the development of the LBG Group mandated change database Change Management Toolkit (CMT) producing documentation and communications to support enhancements and working with the central CMT team to shape developments and undertake testing on several levels.Administration of several SharePoint sites and I also provide guidance to others in implementing SharePoint best practices to minimise the overheads of managing the sites and ensuring easy navigation for users.I produced and analysed investment portfolio related data including resource capacity planning, project prioritisation, project costing and benefits/milestone tracking, I used a variety of outputs to provide my customers with meaningful and easy to understand MI.Chaired the SCM resource forum, a fortnightly meeting of the senior leadership team in SCM, where we resolved resourcing issues and movements of resources between projects etc.Built and maintained a central resource monitoring system (Excel) to enable resource planning for project related work; this has been used with great success for the past 3 years and has been adopted as the system of choice in the new Insurance Change function.I also built an Access solution for the Business Transformation Team giving them a bespoke project monitoring database for Lean and Six Sigma projects including automated outputs through Excel and PowerPoint.Developed an automated milestone checking process using Visual Basic to enable a 2 day per week manual process to be reduced to less than 1 hour, also increasing reliability and consistency.Built an automated system using Access, Excel & PowerPoint to collect, collate and publish project updates which saved considerable time and introduced consistent reporting across the portfolio.

Built and introduced a system for producing and analysing management data for Retail, Business, Telephony and Direct Relationship Managers through the use of Business Objects software to interrogate the LTSB Insurance Data Warehouse.Fulfilled regular ad-hoc MI enquiries from all levels of LTSB management from within General Insurance and also from the retail network.In order to succeed I had to respond promptly to change and ensure that all systems and processes were robust to all known outside influences including changes to the various systems I relied on to supply data.
