Provide quality control of planned and unplanned outages. Provide support for all NOC teams that work with outage reporting data. Ensure up to date outage data capture training documentation is available for the NOC team. Provide training and guidance to the NOC team, evaluating and revising when required in the use of these technical systems ensuring effective results are delivered Work with the wider NOC team to improve outage reporting and reduce data adjustments. Analysis of complex fault records to ensure correct data is supplied for regulatory reporting Assist with ensuring quality data is available for Regulatory reporting. Provide technical support for Regulatory reporting audit Ensure Powerco has best practice use of OMSFault Analysis Ensure all outages that require follow up are actioned. Review of daily HV outages looking at fault causes and identifying any that require further action including repeat fault occurrences. Prepare NOC outage reports when required Maintain a list of all unplanned outages thatrequire actions. Review outage data and make anycorrections required Take responsibility ensuring quality faultinformation is available in a reasonableperiod. Contribute to where required unplannedSAIDI improvements meetings and groups.Project Technical support Provide technical support to Real Time Systems Team during development and commissioning of new systems Commit to testing and analysis of new systems under development using real operational scenarios using written test plans Work with RTS and SCADA support to develop systems for improved operational benefit.Provide direction for user training activities.
