As a sports performance coach, I provide detailed workouts for all ages. I also work with sport-specific athletes, specifically soccer players, catering to their sports physical needs, while also working towards that athletes' sports-related goals. All training sessions will include injury prevention and recovery procedures.

My primary role is to run technical warm ups and fitness sessions, as well as working with the strength and conditioning coach for gym sessions. Following training sessions and games, I lead the cool down and stretches. I have also planned and executed goalkeeper sessions, as well as running pre-match warm ups for goalkeepers for the varsity and reserve teams.

Greenville, South Carolina

During my time with United FC, I coached four teams, consisting of 3 boys teams and 1 girls team. With my teams, I would create practice sessions based on the technical aspects of soccer, with more tactical sessions coming the session before games. I would also assist and cover other coaches with sessions, including goalkeeper sessions, allowing myself to become more familiar with players within the club.

I worked with the reserve team primarily, but would also assist with those who may be on the verge of making the starting 11. Creating session plans that work with the players technically to prepare them for a first team role, as well as focusing on tactical aspects to help them perform within the first team setting.

Cleveland, Mississippi

As a Graduate Assistant for the Men's soccer program, I assist in the set up and running of practices. There may be instances where the head coach is unable to be at a session or running late, so myself and the other GA would begin or run the session. In my first season with the program, I would prepare and warm up the goalkeepers on game day, where in my second season I would set up and oversee the warm up for the starting outfield players. In the office, we all play a role in the recruitment process. I have the freedom to reach out to players who I feel would make an impact and benefit the team in the coming seasons. In terms of video analysis, I would go over film from he most recent game to make clips to present to the team at the beginning of the week. This isn't limited to DSU program, however. If an upcoming opponent has a previously recorded match on their website, then I am able to watch through their film and find strengths/weaknesses. From this, I am able to provide an in-depth scout report to our players.

South Carolina

I would organize and set up training sessions that were predetermined by the Coerver Coaching Carolinas director. During the duration of the summer, there would be 5v5 tournaments every weekend which I would help referee that were organized by Coerver.

Lexington, South Carolina

I was the coach of three teams during my time with GPS, 1 boys team and two girls teams, creating session plans for all 3 teams, with each team focusing on a different soccer aspect. I would also organise and run the warm up for games. During the Winter, I was the Technical Practical Training organizer, where I would organize session plans for multiple coaches, as well as creating groups based on age and ability, and organise field space.
