The focus of the degree provides knowledge of organizational leadership, leadership skills and development plus nonprofit board development, and economic and community assistance to non-profit organizations.Creighton University’s Interdisciplinary Leadership Ed.D. was chosen due to its academic reputation, personal instruction, and for choosing leadership candidates who long to affect lasting and meaningful change in their communities, workplaces and beyond.
