I have over 15 years experience as a planner and have a strong track record of planning and delivering engineering solutions. During my career I have worked on numerous multi discipline projects, which have included tendering, early works, demolition, earthworks, civil, building, fit-out, track, overheads, signalling and completions hand-back to relevant operators. During this time I have also worked closely with designers, contract administrators, construction managers, engineers and interface managers to ensure any third party requirements were included whilst planning.I have authored and implemented a planning regime for occupation preparation, execution and follow up with set responsibilities for each team member from delivery manager to engineers. As part of a team I have been involved in the preparation of peer review risk registers on behalf of Regional Rail Link Authority and I pride myself on never having a scope of works rejected by the peer review panel as every detail is articulated and a full risk review undertaken.I have, as part of a team, implemented a project control management plan including the establishment of a ‘command and control centre’. This ensured the coordination, management and control of the multi discipline programme, resource, risk and contingency planning to support the delivery of operational works consistently on time.I am hard working, flexible and pragmatic and I consider unselfish contribution extremely important. I am a problem solver by nature and constantly look for ways to improve what I am doing.
