Compile detailed and accurate survey requests to local Field engineers for completion in a timely manner. - Compile fibre splice and GPON schematics for Implementation - Compile customer site planning documentation - Provide support to Implementation with issues experienced within the field - Adhere to GROUP planning standards at all times - Provide technical and quality checking for the GROUP on local in-house designs.- Liaise with Suppliers and Implementation engineers in order to ensure any changes are verified and processed from the planning team - Support teams with regards estimated planning costs to provide opportunity costing. - Ensure all data migrated or planned into the Connect Master system has a high degree of accuracy. Liaise with in-house GIS Leaders to ensure mapping forecasts are in time to compliment planning requirements - Report into Head of Planning and planning SLA's and houses past statistics for FTTH deployments - Provide cost analytics against "Build cost and "Planned Build cost" - Undertake necessary individual reporting for responsible projects and Network builds into management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Primary responsibilities of Outside Plant Technician Splicer is splice fiber optic cables in both outdoor and indoor settings, read, create, and maintain splicing schematics and diagrams, maintain control of outside plant (OSP) activities surrounding the assigned work site(s), cable management, taking and maintaining accurate splicing and field notes, support project timelines, and inspecting, providing accurate sheets on projects for MDU, SDU, FTTP, FTTH.Ongoing support, transferable skills & knowledge for colleagues, liasing with, and building respectable working relationships with clients and businesses.

East Anglia

Installation of phone lines and high speed broadband for businesses and residential customers on the Openreach contract . Fibre & Copper overhead line installation. PCP Uplifts, vert upgrades, E&D UG renewal. Fault finding, cable pulling, termination, jointing and replacement of underground cables both fibre and copper on the Openreach network.

Ensuring the seamless installation of audio/visual equipment, speakers, amps, mixers & visual branding for clients.Installing LCD screens & projectors, cabling, videowalls, touch screen control systems, rear projection systems, digital signage, room booking systems, server software, rack building, project planning, system design, telephone/remote technical support.- Visiting site of new and existing clients to efficiently install audio/visual equipment - Providing robust technical support and solving all problems as they arise- Liaising external contractors and equipment providers- Building relationships with internal teams- Maintaining expert knowledge of Audio and Visual equipment.

Travelling Internationally Singapore, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Canada, New York and covering UK, ensuring the seamless installation of audio equipment into PABX phone systems including but not limited to Avaya, NEC, Panasonic, Toshiba, Mitel, Siemens, Alcatel. Of all PH Media client groups.- Visiting the premises of new and existing clients to efficiently install audio equipment.- Providing robust technical support and solving all problems as they arise.- Liaising external telecoms providers.- Building relationships with internal teams.- Maintaining expert knowledge of PH Media Group products, services and audio branding.
