I have over 10 years experience working with landowners, developers and National House Builders to design, coordinate and gain planning consent for small, medium and large residential and mixed use developments. I have designed and coordinated a number of projects including multi million pound bespoke dwellings, small complex residential developments in conservation areas, large residential master plans for developments ranging from 50 to 500 dwellings and large mixed use masterplans for offices, business use, retail and over 1200 new homes.In recent years I have been involved in and gained considerable experience in working on designs and the preparation of bid documentation for the HCA and local authorities including several stage interview processes.I also have considerable experience in the production of tender documentation and construction drawings for all sizes of project and can coordinate the contract administration through to completion.
