In my role as Estates Manager for the National Australian Group (NAG), I was responsible for the asset management of over 200 Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank branches. The role involved managing various teams within Cushmans to ensure the bank got the best possible service. I had to be fiscally minded, produce monthly pre-funding budgets, do quarterly.

The role was very management intensive dealing with all aspects of asset management; negotiating rent reviews, undertaking new lettings, acquisitions, sales, rating appeals, negotiating heads of terms and day to day.
