The role revolved around management and setting strategic direction for the Metro segment of the CGU business in South Australia. It was also a co-management role across the support structure of Underwriting and administrations services for SA and NT. A close working relationship was also needed with the local claims area which had reporting lines into.

Newcastle, Australia

The Regional Area managed stretched from Gosford in the south and Ballina in the north of NSW. There were approximately 45 staff including six offices and a full underwriting and administration based in Newcastle. This area also looked after in excess of 100 intermediaries ranging from large internationals to smaller Authorised Representatives.
