Stuart’s varied work and directorships within the property and construction sector comprise nearly 40 years of industry experience, beginning as an Investment Manager at Richard Ellis to his most recent roles as Managing Director of Allied London Development Management Ltd, and Managing Director of Pelham Holdings Ltd, all part of his investor and main board director responsibilities at the Allied London group of companies. Stuart has an honours degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His roles to date have involved the successful promotion of world-class property development projects and assets in excess of £2bn. His extensive knowledge of land and property matters, in both residential and commercial sectors, made him a key member of Allied London.At a corporate level, Stuart’s particular focus has been on creating value through the development and management of major assets. He has been responsible for formulating key strategies, creating and developing the management teams and administration systems to successfully deliver and sustain complex projects. He brings a wealth of in-depth experience leading the management of multi-disciplinary professional teams; the delivery of nuanced design briefs and planning consents; development negotiations; construction procurement; commercial leasing and the sale of completed assets.Stuart’s current focus is the management of Pelham, a strategic land developer and house builder in the South East of England, providing national house builders, such as Taylor Wimpey and Vistry, with large sites with planning consent for residential development. Recent promotions have delivered a site for 1,200 homes in Norfolk. Current promotions ongoing for 6,500 new homes.
