At Quickstrike I oversaw Project and Engineering activities, including those undertaken by staff in consulting and contracted positions.This role included a significant amount of business development including contact/stakeholder management, tender submission and negotiation for award of contract.

Provided business analysis and capability development services to a range of public and private sector organisations including, among others, Capability Proposal (business case) submissions for major Defence projects JP 1770 and SEA 1778.These included formulation and maintenance of a shared vision, enunciation of a clear business cases and management of stakeholders in a complex multi-disciplinary project team environment.

Initially engaged as a Business Analyst, I ultimately fulfilled the duties of Product and Project Manager. This included liaison with customers and end-users and responsibility for a large engineering team undertaking the full software development life cycle.
