I am experienced in conflict resolution, being able to collate large amounts of information whilst under pressure and making a decision that will lead to a successful outcome. My ability to communicate across all levels from children with learning difficulties to senior management is one of my primary skills, gained from over 30 years of working for the police as both an officer and as a trainer.I have experience of intelligence gathering and assessment using overt and covert means including use of the internet and social media. Working under pressure and remaining calm is one of my main strengths.I am a qualified and experienced trainer, having working in both primary and secondary schools and also working with adults in the class room, IT based training and personal safety training.
