During my time with this Electrical Contractor I took on a variety of roles and duties as the company evolved from a team of 7 to nearly one hundred. Tasks included;• Dealing with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors;• Financial reporting and interpretation• Payroll (working with Enterprise Bargaining Agreements)• Human Resources (including managing Apprenticeships)• Managing Account and Administration Staff• Working with PM’s and CA’s• Procedure implementation and management • Financial operations (Receivables and Payables)
