Main duties involved; booking individuals onto new basic referee courses, booking and organising training events for new and existing referees of all levels, registering every referee that was active during the season each summer (including any assessors and tutors,) and organising the products purchased from registrations and dispatching them before the season started. I was solely responsible for the main email inbox where any queries were received and I was also involved in running an event once a year where we invited several important members of the FA and Premier League Officials to speak to the referees in the County.I also helped out with the Cup Finals each year for the County, this included most of the office and gave me the chance to work with team members from other departments and also working in a group in order to achieve the best possible day for the two teams and supporters involved.All of these roles and responsibilities have given me high levels of organisational and administration skills. I have learnt the importance of timing and planning when organising and delivering the specific training events ensuring that it runs smoothly.
