Achievements include: Influencing senior leadership to support business re-structuring to drive efficiencies. Setting and presenting detailed company budgets for approval. Provide tax advice keeping abreast with changes in Vat requirements.  Full responsibility for the finance and budget processes, legal accounting and industrial reporting.  Deliver management accounts, annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Manage cash, working capital planning and business forecasting to achieve desired growth. Responsibility for developing internal teams to manage payroll, reporting and control. Negotiations with bankers to secure loan financing. Setting up business intelligence, such as KPI’s, budgets and forecasting as well as setting up frameworks for VAT and Tax.
