- Act as customer liaison and SME for ServiceNow’s CMDB, Discovery, Change, Asset, Request, and Incident modules

- Manage, configure, export/import, and report on thousands of CMDB configuration items daily
- Create and execute queries against the CMDB to highlight data issues and drive business decisions
- Review and approve change requests and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings across the enterprise
- Create and distribute documentation on change management and CMDB processes and procedures
- Manage and fulfill internal customer requests and manage ServiceNow ticket queue
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into change and CMDB processes

- Following up on and closing 15-20 change tickets a week, resulting in bad change data in the CMDB being reduced by 75%
- Assisting change manager during Change Advisory Board meetings by improving change tickets to provide documentation on changes and prevent incidents

- Developing and running manual test cases to discover and document bugs in software upgrades
