As a Board Member I provide strategic support to the Venners vision and mission. Using my broad and deep understanding of operational processes I facilitate the company in achieving its targets and advancing its operational policies.

Guaranteeing reliable and excellent customer service to Venners clients and managing operational support to 215 stocktakers throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Responsible for overseeing Work Planning and Client Services Departments.

Applying effective planning and strategy to the Work Planning Department’s processes and systems. Aside from overseeing support to stocktakers, my key achievement in this role was the delivery of an improved company workflow and the resulting boost in operational productivity.

Stocktaking and compliance auditing in London and the South East. Starting my journey as a trainee stocktaker I soon completed my full BII accreditation requirements and training, helping businesses across the hospitality industry to maximise their profit potential through stocktaking.

With extensive experience across the pub sector I managed operations for a number of well-known, as well as local, pub companies, including the likes of Wetherspoons, Marston’s, Eldridge Pope and Magic.

My journey in the hospitality industry began when I took on a job at Italian restaurant chain, Medios. Working my way through the different areas of restaurant operations I began as a pot washer, then delved into chef life, and eventually took on more supervisory roles including cash control, rotas, training and recruitment.
