Pre-screen all candidates thoroughly prior to submission to employers to ensure not only the employer expectation is met but also the candidate need is followed. Other aspects include arranging interviews with employers, Interview Preparation for Candidates via mock interviews prior to interview with the employer and continually compiling feedback from employers and ensure this is distributed to key components of the business to ensure ongoing improvement.

I have expanded upon my current skill set and recruitment history throughout my time in this role. I have been able to effectively demonstrate skills at being target driven and striving for success as well as showing empathy, excellent communication skills and rapport building. My duties involve working on a 121 personalised basis with individuals to overcome barriers in assisting obtaining full-time employment. This ranges from CV Construction, Motivation and Confidence building through to practical applications for employment such as finding individuals’ abilities that can translate to the workplace.

HR Go are an established National Recruitment Specialist with in excess of 45 branches nationwide, Employment commenced with the opening of the Bristol office, ensuring all legal compliance is completed with regards candidates and clients. Starting the branch from £0 profitability and increasing week on week in terms of Candidates and Client Growth. Employed initially as Senior I have managed a work load that ranges from early morning shifts through to night time working. I have effectively been able to demonstrate the ability to act quickly and deal well in pressurised situations. I was targeted on business acquirement, this was a role in which I excelled, enabling me to show my sales experience and ability to deal with others effectively, moving onto Time 4 Recruitment who are a specialised recruitment agency that deals in both the Construction and Electro/Mechanical trades. I was initially employed as a Construction Consultant and through time I worked my way to Electrical and Mechanical Consultant and then onto the overall handling of the division from the Bristol Office. The region varied from works ranging from Cornwall to Birmingham. My daily duties throughout my employment had a high requirement for administration skills, organisation and sales. This was a highly targeted environment that I excelled in.
