Was assigned to Solar Star, the world's largest solar site owned by Berkshire Hathaway Energy Renewables in Rosamond, CA. Duties include providing site Sunny Central inverter and site O&M supervision, planning the O&M schedule, and commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and analyzing the installed site SMA America, LLC solar inverters as well as coordinating all 3rd party repair and scheduling for on-site activities.

-Provide ship maintenance, modernization and technical support to ships in the Pacific Fleet for all C4I system and subsystems. Specializing in EMI, IMI and communications antenna system assessments and inspections for all major ships availabilities, inspections and assessments.

- In lue of an immediate supervisor I managed 25 external and internal communications, navigation's, radar and computer specialized technicians in the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of over 6500 pieces of highly technical and complex military equipment and test equipment.- Managed 60 technicians in external and internal communications, navigation's, radar, AN/SPY-1D RADAR, AEGIS Computer Network, Fire Control System and computer technicians in the operation, preventive and corrective maintenance of over 11000 pieces of highly specialized and complex military equipment.- Managed 10 technicians in the operation and maintenance of all external and internal communications systems to include: ships top secret, classified and unclassified WAN and LAN, ship's internal unclassified WiFi, HBSS, SATCOM (EHF, SHF and UHF), antennas. Control ship's EKMS program and equipment associated (KIV-7M/HSB, KG-84/A, KG-40, TACLANE...). Provided solid offship communications to ensure ship's mission was supported and completed.

- Managed $150 million state-of-the-art Super High Frequency Earth Terminal Facility, providing reliable connectivity for three Combatant Commanders ( 2ND Fleet, 6th Fleet and 5th Fleet) spanning three Areas of responsibility, ensuring critical communications were maintained for all forward deployed maritime and ground mobile war fighting units. - Supervised 29 military and 13 civilian technicians in all operations and maintenance for NCTS Naples SATCOM facility. - Primary liaison with DISA, EUCOM, PMDCATS CECOM, AFRICOM Joint Services and outside agencies.- Successfully coordinated and executed 13 mission cutovers from one earth terminal to a stand by terminal to provide for extensive antenna system over haul resulting from major mechanical failure to antennas auto track system having minimal circuit down time and distant end loss of communications.- Recognized DISAEUR Outstanding GIG DISN/STEP/DRSN Facility of the year for 2007 and 2010. - Orchestrated and executed six Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), performing critical emergent repairs to four satellite earth terminals and two complex satellite cutovers to the new Wideband Global SATCOM technology.

- Subject Matter Expert training over 85% of ships total compliment of enlisted and officer ranks in the proper application, tracking and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance with strict adherence to NAVSEA, COMNAVSURFOR, COMNAVAIRFOR and JFMM standards.- Supervised 122 Workcenter Supervisor, 68 Division Officers and 18 Department Heads in theplanning, tracking and assessing preventive and corrective maintenance of all systems onboard a US Aircraft Carrier.- Directly lead 10 personnel in the collecting, cataloging, correcting all ship's drawings, technical publications and maintenance instructions.

- Managed three teams of four maintenance personnel in the cradle to grave operations of removing, refurbishing, installation and testing of shipboard antenna systems.- Developed, tested and implemented new techniques for applying paint to all surface ship's in Mayport and Pascagoula.- Recognized safety deficiencies in removing specific antenna systems. Designed, tested and implemented new antenna arresting harness for TACAN AN/URN-25 antenna system removal and installation.
