This transformative initiative ensures a major refresh to the retail experience and an optimised passenger journey, featuring simplified check-in and a state-of-the-art screening process. Red Cedar Projects role encompasses a comprehensive approach to services coordination, tenant design integration and delivery, from initial planning through to completion. The project marks a significant milestone as the inaugural major project undertaken by Red Cedar Projects, solidifying its commitment to elevating the retail delivery experience beyond the typical shopping centre environment.

Joined the Unita team to deliver on the expansion of EDEN Health Retreat in the Currumbin Valley. Another great project delivered for Unita was the major refurbishment of an existing commercial building to create the new Stanbroke HQ and Establishment 203 restaurant. This project also included the addition of a 3rd story added to the existing building.

Grand Central's much anticipated $500 million redevelopment introducing new discount department stores, new supermarkets, and approximately 160 specialty retailers will transform the centre into Toowoomba unrivalled retail, entertainment and lifestyle destination. As part of the QIC team I manage all aspects of Tenancy Delivery including Kiosk, High Fashion, Fresh Food, Food Service, Restaurants and Entertainment Precincts.

Saturday, October 11 brought the highly anticipated final stage opening of the new Westfield Garden City, the first redevelopment to be completed under the newly formed Scentre Group.Westfield Garden City is now 140,000 square metres, increasing by almost 50%, with over 430 major and specialty retailers, over 100 of which are new to the centre since the redevelopment commenced in June 2013.New retailers including Nine West, Seed, French Connection, Blue Illusion, Lonsdale and R.M Williams who joined David Jones, Target, K-Mart, Big W, Woolworths, Coles, Event Cinemas, Harvey Norman, two new dining precincts and an upgraded fresh food offer.The redevelopment was an example of the company delivering true innovation in retail and recognising the changing needs of the local community.
