In this role I am responsible for the planning, implementation, assessment and reporting of a number of Physical Education and Health classes. I am also deeply involved in the planning and implementation of the middle years Outdoor Education program.

In this role I was responsible for the planning and coordination of all sporting activities within the school. This includes sporting events such as jump rope for heart and twilight sporting carnivals as well as athletics, swimming, cross country and weekly interschool sports competitions. This is on top of my role as Physical Education Specialist for years F- 6.

As Deputy Head of the Beacon Explorer program I was responsible for the learning and wellbeing outcomes of all outdoor education programs. I was also responsible for the planning, implementation and assessment of multiple health, physical education and outdoor education classes.

In this position I was responsible for implementing the pre- organised curriculum. This is a position of responsibility as I was regularly are in charge of between 20- 60 children between the ages of 5 and 15 each day. This position also requires the coordination of up to 10 staff members. Free Agency is a teaching recruitment agency that provides Casual Relief Teachers to primary schools in the south eastern region of Melbourne. As part of setting up and managing the company I have been involved in dealing with accountants and school principals, interviewing and mentoring staff, organising pays, superannuation, BAS and managing cash flow. I have also been involved in sourcing uniforms, business cards and creating a website (www.freeagency.com.au). I worked both on the business as well as in it, regularly teaching within our schools. This allowed me to not only work on my teaching practice but represent the company and mentor other Free Agency staff members working at the same school. www.freeagency.com.au

In this role as an activity leader I am often responsible for groups of between 8 and 20 students. The activities include: snorkeling, sea kayaking, bushwalking, ropes courses and initiative and team building activities.

In this position I was in charge of 14- 18 secondary students between years 8- 10 for week long, journey based trips. Activities included: hiking, rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing and camping.

In this position I assisted clients with their exercise programs and dietary needs. I ran group fitness classes as well as one on one sessions.
