Responsible for leading all aspects of Business to Arts, a non-profit organisation focused on developing creative partnerships between the business and arts communities and funded by the charitable contributions of its members. This role involves establishing strategic intent, building the profile of the organisation, identifying and developing income, developing effective relationships between the business and arts communities and leading a team of dedicated staff within the organisation.In 2010 Business to Arts launched New Stream, a fundraising capacity building programme for the Irish cultural sector, in partnership with Bank of America Merrill Lynch (www.businesstoarts.ie/newstream) and in 2011 the organisation launched 'Fund it', a crowdfunding platform for Irish creative projects (www.fundit.ie)

Leading the module "Managing the Supplier Environment".

Responsible for increasing Accenture’s profile in the market in Ireland, opening doors to new outsourcing and consulting opportunities across a variety of industries and creating close working relationships with partner organisations. This role, best described as a blend of marketing and sales, included development of new target accounts and identification of opportunities within existing accounts. Objectives included bringing opportunities to bid submission stage, closing sales, designing service solutions, increasing Accenture press coverage and brand awareness, developing knowledge amongst Accenture’s own staff in Ireland and, where demand exists, personally delivering client project work related to sourcing strategy.

Responsible for both the delivery of service to the existing customer base, and developing market awareness of outsourcing as a business strategy with a 60/40 split in favour of business development, working closely with sales teams to develop new opportunities.

This included the management of a service delivery unit consisting of senior engineers and problem managers.Vendor Services Manager, responsible for developing operational relationships with ICL’s third party suppliers who deliver services on ICL’s behalf throughout the UK.Commercial Director, as a member of the management team responsible for a UK-wide operation I was responsible for building a team focused on developing a professional customer image for the largest field engineering forces in the UK (approximately 1000 staff).
