• Provided leadership leading and managing a $150M budget and a $12.6M base operations contract for an installation supporting over 120,000 Soldiers, Family members, DA Civilians, Retirees, and Gray Area Reservists spanning three geographically separated installations and a four state support area.• Coordinated 10 construction projects worth $142.2M including an 84K SF commissary, a combined primary/elementary school, a 132K SF • Supervised a 1,200 person workforce accounting for 63,000 acres of land and over 2,500 permanent buildings, 5 major airfields, 17 training airfields, over 70 tactical landing sites.• Executed $18.8M in operational revenue ranging from a 27-hole golf course, bowling, bingo, horse stables, arts and crafts, and an auto skills center.• Responsible for the successful performance of 24 for-profit businesses run on the installation.• Synchronized multiple service partners including Corvias Military Living, American Water, Alabama Power, Southern Gas, and International Hotel Group.Aviation back shop maintenance facility, a 132K SF Maintenance hangar, a teen center, a 24/7 child development center (CDC), an emergency medical services facility, a vertical acceleration research facility, and a training support center.• Managed 98% occupancy rate in a 650 room capacity privatized Army lodging facility and increased occupancy rate for 1,476 houses by 6%; program recognized as the 2015 Best Army Neighborhood Support Program in every category (among 43 bases and 377 neighborhoods surveyed).• Increased yearly sponsorship income from a baseline of $144.6K in 2012 to $204.4K by 2015.• Increased AER fundraising efforts from previous years by 128% ($400,000 over three years).• Recognized as the 2013 Best Arm Installation by the President of the United States. • Increased financial independence of Arts and Crafts Center, Auto-crafts Center, and Stables from requiring subsidization, thereby insulating them from future risk of closure.
