Over the past 25 years, Stuart has led a $20 billion real estate asset strategy across 50 sites in the U.S. and Australia including direct responsibility for developing over $5 billion of mixed-use projects.Stuart has been directly responsible for 5 million sq feet of landmark and award-winning ground-up mixed-use projects in Australia including 80 Collins Street Melbourne, Robina Town Center and Canberra Center, with a combined project value of more than $4.5 billion. In the U.S., Stuart led the strategy, concept planning and development Entitlements for the +2 million SFT retail-led mixed-use project - South Bay Galleria in Los Angeles. In addition, Stuart has masterplanned over 10 million SFT of retail-led mixed-use development projects across the U.S.Stuart’s strategic asset creation philosophy to re-imagine real estate through mixed-use principles and exceptional architecture has also resulted in remodeling over 3.5 million sq feet with an end value over $1 billion. December 2012 Stuart was appointed QICGRE's Director - Investment Management responsible for the portfolio operations including asset and development management, leasing, mall management, marketing and strategy. Stuart has a reputation for driving highly profitable ground-up developments, extensions and remodels of major urban retail lead mixed-use projects for global pension and sovereign wealth funds; applying his risk management, analytical and decision making capabilities to each project.
