I was appointed as the Managing Director of Industrial Asset Recovery Group. (IARG in 2018). Previous to my appointment to IARG, I was instrumental in the recovery of millions of dollars of assets in industrial plants around the world. We dramatically improved the process of maximizing the value of closed plants in North America and worldwide assuming and recovering over close to $1 billion in asset recovery. My innovative approaches have been the catalyst for the Total Plant Deactivation (TPD ) protocol that was implemented in over 1800 plants. My knowledge and experience has been utilized in the appraisal of the physical assets for over 1500 plants worldwideI was part of a task force created by the United States Commerce Department to visit both Hungary and Poland to assist in the closures of the many industrial sites which were forced to close after the fall of the Iron Curtain. I was asked to assess the value of the plants in China that were operated by General Motors and Westinghouse.Over the years I was very fortunate to have helped in raising Millions of Dollars for Charities in the St. Louis area. I was one of the founders of Landmark Bancshares and served on its board of directors and served on the Board of COCA, (Center Of Contemporary Arts), Logos School, Repertory Theater of St. Louis, and the American Lung Association.
