Prior to joining Genera Capital, Stuart guided high net worth families and foundations at Sanlam Private Wealth and Nedbank Private Wealth. During this time, he helped craft tailored wealth management strategies and assisted in structuring holistic portfolios. Prior to this, he had spent his early career working in London, predominantly in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch.Stuart completed his MBA at GIBS in 2015, where his dissertation explored the behavioural investment decision making process of South African entrepreneurs. He also has his Certified Financial Planners (CFP®) designation, having done his Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Stuart completed his Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning in 2012, where he finished as the top student in the country. Stuart completed his Undergraduate and Honours Degrees in Financial Analysis (BCom) at the University of Stellenbosch.
