Manage a successful transition to business-as- usual (BAU) operation teams to run the service.- Developed a Service Management framework, used to run the operational service.- Created organisational structure that identified and mapped out the key roles and responsibilities - This resulted in a successful transition of BAU activities to other bodies within CFH and local NHS teams.2. Develop new requirements for Trusts, post the Programme closure- Developed a communications plan, which included a structured questionnaire to get obtain trust intelligence and expertise, used to create an Output Based Specification (OBS), for use by individual Trusts or Trust consortium's, to go to market to procure a new PACS service, as the original contract ended.3. Exit Trusts from the LSP service and contract- NHS Trusts needed to procure a new system before contract ends, including a multi peta-byte large scale data-migration from LSP data-centres back to trusts.- Conducted a national engagement and awareness plan to work with all trusts, providing expertise on procurement and data migration sharing best practice and resources. Worked with LSP’s to ensure necessary work was undertaken to allow trusts to exit the contract in an orderly and seamless manner.
