Managed the formation of LCRA TSC which was established to meet business separation requirements when the electric market in Texas was deregulated. This included establishing the corporate structure; coordinating a taxable debt issue to finance the corporation’s assets; preparing a Sale, Transfer or Merger filing at the PUC; filing documents in 54 counties to transfer over 10,000 easements from LCRA to LCRA TSC; and establishing processes to pay local and state sales and property taxes.  Selected as Chair of the ERCOT Reliability and Operations Subcommittee and worked to develop operating protocols and guides needed for ERCOT to transition to a Nodal Market structure along with analyzing significant system events and establishing emergency reporting protocols.
