• A detailed level of understanding of the modular building industry including Sales, Hire and Refurbishment businesses, including meeting the individual needs and requirements of each.
• An excellent understanding of Building Regulations with an expert level knowledge in Thermal Design.
• To ensure that Portakabin products comply with agreed legislative, regulatory, HSE and quality across the requirements.

• Working autonomously to deliver NPI projects from a project brief through a defined development process.
• Leading the aesthetics development for the new Ultima modular building system.
• Delivery of technical presentations during new product launches within the UK and Europe.
• Supporting product development objectives by achieving targeted annual cost savings on Titan & Ultima products.
• Leading the development of the Titan Building System platform.
• Monitoring and assessing the performance of new designs during introduction periods on production lines and on site.
