This includes calculations and test reports for internal and/or external substantiation of the design for third party approvals.• Leading involvement with Manufacturing and Procurement in the design, specification, installation and commissioning of the foam manufacturing facility in Unit 5, Portakabin.• Development of a sustainable housing platform to Passivhaus principles.• Recruitment and selection of staff, and mentoring of new employees.• Currently I am the President for the Insulation Manufacturers Association (IMA), and am working proactively with the Chief Executive from IMA and other member companies to lead and promote our industry.

Working autonomously to deliver NPI projects from a project brief through a defined development process. • Leading the aesthetics development for the new Ultima modular building system. • Delivery of technical presentations during new product launches within the UK and Europe.• Supporting product development objectives by achieving targeted annual cost savings on Titan & Ultima products.• Leading the development of the Titan Building System platform.• Monitoring and assessing the performance of new designs during introduction periods on production lines and on site.• Involvement in product performance testing and appraisal of product for BBA certification.• Testing of concepts and ideas through customer focus groups.
