I developed this commercial olive grove from a greenfield site in 2004. By 2007 the grove was in production. It produces a range of olive oils and pickled olives. The products are sold though retail outlets, wholesale to restaurants, at farmers markets and online (www.winchelseaolives.com.au). I manage the farm operations and the retail side, negotiating.
