Manage the required day-to-day activities of Phase 1 investment grade energy audits and Phase 2 detailed design and construction of energy projects. Key responsibilities include:o Project management of detailed energy studies, energy modelling and feasibility studies.o Writing of studies including solicitation of sub-contractor pricing, detailed energy and operational savings calculations, financial and energy modelling, economic analysis, energy systems specification and conceptualisation.o Planning, scheduling, organising and directing all costs of engineering, consulting and subcontracting of assigned projects. o Development of energy planning, energy policy, and training procedures for internal and external fiscal planning and deployment.o Analysing performance of projects and reporting back to clients as required.o Effectively managing cost and billing. Planning for manpower levels and additional assistance as required.o Development of viable relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors, subcontractors and trade personnel.
