Responsible for the assembly and testing of current, experimental, probational, and special tools in simulated field conditions, recording test results and producing reports. Also responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of machinery, test fixtures, and pressure test equipment, in the Test Laboratory, ensuring that testing is conducted in a proper and safe manner. I also assisted in training department personnel and was selected to become the "master certifier" for the Test Laboratory.

As a tooldresser in the completions department, I was responsible for assembling tools, torquing assemblies and running tools, pressure testing assemblies and preparing jobs for shipment offshore. This included drifting assemblies, function testing, organising inspectors and third parties to witness various parts of the job, and loading the cargo baskets for shipment offshore.
