Managed the support and availability of the Lotus Notes application databases and KANA applications. Responsibilities of the team included completing an application and software inventory, code review and assessment, re-development and implementation of applications that supported a Mutual Fund Transfer Agent Operation. This team consisted of 6 professionals that were responsible for the upgrade and testing of vendor written applications. Database conversions from Dbase and Clipper to Access was also completed. End to end system testing as well as extensive for all applications was completed and documented.
