I have over 20 years professional experience at Board level, including 10 years at membership organisations - the London Chamber of Commerce & Industry (LCCI), NHS Clinical Commissioners (NHSCC) and Londonwide LMCs (LLMCs) as well as the City of London Corporation. I have worked with clients across a whole range of sectors including public and private, health, property and construction, transport and infrastructure, international trade, logistics & supply chain, technology, sustainability, professional services, education, hospitality and leisure.Across my career I have managed a wide range of projects including membership fee modelling, membership offer and client service reviews, business analysis reviews of CRM and multiple Board effectiveness review projects.
