Provide GIS consulting services to a range of clients and have completed projects across a wide range of disciplines. Key achievements include implementing numerous automated ETL processes utilizing FME and python, leading the provision of GIS support services to the Safe Roads Alliance which is delivering many millions of dollars worth of road safety enhancements over several years, and providing spatial analysis of freight transport patterns across multiple cities using a large-scale GPS data store managed in Azure. I have also set up and managed a number of GIS web viewers for clients and Beca internal staff using ArcGIS Server and a Javascript-based viewing platform.

Designing and implementing web-based GIS solutions within Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online. Includes schema design and data modelling, SDE administration, publishing of web services and ArcGIS Server administration, and creation of Portal web maps and web applications using Flex or Geocortex Essentials. Preah Vihear, Cambodia

Technical advisor to the Mine Action Planning Unit (MAPU), a government workgroup responsible for coordinating and planning mine clearance in Preah Vihear, Cambodia. Advice was given on aspects of GIS and GPS data capture as well as the planning process in general. Role was part of an AusAID funded capacity building project.
