SuccessFactors Transformation Lead for the Company-wide ERP programme.

Leading the discovery, build, and implementation of SuccessFactors across Aviation Europe

HRIS Lead for the Aviation sector of Babcock International Group. Primarily focussing on SuccessFactors and SAP as part of an ERP solution I represent the Sector in design and development of SuccessFactors and SAP enhancements as well as leading training and support for business as usual.This role builds on my experience of supporting a Sector-wide SuccessFactors and SAP ERP launch for 4,500 employees as well as a further SuccessFactors launch for 2,000 employees.Current projects include:- Acting as HR Lead for the SAP Payroll go-live of the UK Aviation business- Sector HR lead in Group-wide process enhancement projects and SuccessFactors enhancements - Working with the UK business to systemise storage and reporting of job requirements and employee qualifications using the Job Profile Builder tool- Training the operational HR team and providing technical support to a part of the Aviation business who have recently launched SuccessFactors

Secondment to an ERP implementation programme delivering SuccessFactors and SAP to a Sector of 4,500 employees. My role was primarily as HR SME which included representing the Sector in design workshops, requirement capturing, process mapping, implementation, training and support.SuccessFactors and SAP were successfully delivered, on schedule with a smooth transition from legacy systems which had been in place for many years.

Two operational secondments to mobilisation and de-mobilisation projects both as HR Advisor.My role in the mobilisation project was primarily handling large-scale consultations and acting as standalone HR Advisor for a large site three days per week. Two days per week was coordinating with the wider team and offering HR support to the site.The demobilisation secondment, based in Bristol, was again as HR Advisor supporting TUPE activities as well as business as usual for the remaining parts of the contract. This secondment also provided my first experience of line management.

Recruitment SME and HR Assistant for a Sector Head Office. Generalist HR support, Sector lead for a managed recruitment solution and systems support for Northgate ResourceLink.

My first position in HR providing full administrative support across recruitment, employee relations, payroll and systems inputting (ResourceLink).Quickly progressed to providing employee relations support, note-taking and basic employee advice.

Graduate position as Recruitment Consultant initially working solely in the environmental sector before also joining a new engineering team succeeding in creating a new market and revenue stream for the business.
