I can add value by drawing SME knowledge and technology commercial awareness.Leading teams on European wide installations/Exhibitions and configuration of Telepresence and Video conferencing endpoints including Polycom / Cisco / Starleaf /Tandberg / Teliris.Installations include rack building, cabling and fitting audio and video devices including projectors, cameras, speakers and microphones. Working from scale drawings. Polycom with experience of RPIS, FLEX, GS/HDX codec TPX,ATX,OTX,RPX, HP VC3,HALO,CYCLOPS systems. Break fix, maintenance and servicing of all the above systems also carried out.Responsibilities and Skills:• Site survey and management • Liaising with clients in order to achieve the service they required to a high standard • Custom instillations using client specifications • Installing and using third party software including (but not limited to) Skype, Teams and Zoom• ability to communicate technical concepts and ideas.• Knowledge of international standards including gaining a CSCS Card (2020).• Experience supporting and installing most audio-visual equipment.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in high pressure environments. • Good understanding of MS Windows OS with other IT skills and qualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Polycom Certified :RPISFLEXOTXRPXGSHDXHPVC3
