Somerset House East Wing

The refurbishment of a Stunning Grade 1 listed building in the centre of London for King's College London. The project brief was to transform the listed building back to its original proportions and to house the Law department and other educational faculties. All mechanical and electrical services provided.

The Rolls Building

New Build Shell and Core Office and Fit Out contracts secured. 11 storey section 20 building in London providing new office space and financial court space. We provided all mechanical and electrical services to the building including cooling combined heat and power generation services (CCHP).

Redcar & Cleveland Primary Care Trust Hospital

The construction of the new hospital and health centre which accommodated all medical gases, mechanical and electrical and operating theatre suite services. Hospital functions including a 32-bed ward for patients requiring respite care, palliative care, chronic disease management and rehabilitation. Other services to be relocated to the new facility are an outpatient department, 4 no day theatre's and endoscopy theatre, a minor injuries unit, an X ray and ultrasound department (including 'docking' facilities for other types of scanners), a physiotherapy and hydrotherapy department, a day hospital and four GP practices.

News International - Knowsley

Supply and install mechanical and electrical services for five new state of the art printing presses, enabling the publishing company to achieve a significant milestone in its history with the introduction of double-sided colour printing on all pages. Co-ordinate with German, American and Japanese engineering companies to ensure that all aspects of the integrated services could operate to the requirements of the printing press.

Leeds Bio Science

The refurbishment of the existing university Leeds University block to new biosciences laboratories. Installation of all laboratory gases, vacuum plant and mechanical and electrical services.

Lucknow Barracks Tidworth

Redevelopment and upgrade of Lucknow Barracks for the ministry of defence. 444 Bed Senior and Junior ranks accommodation with Band and Squash buildings,Battalion headquarters, Guardhouse, SNCO's and JRSLA ranks. Refurbishment of grade 2 listed buildings site infrastructure and all new Mechanical and electrical services.

Bishop Auckland Hospital

The demolition of the existing dilapidated Bishop Auckland Hospital site and services infrastructure diversions. We relocated the existing high voltage electricalsubstations and gas, steam, water and medical gases while keeping existing buildings maintained with the supply of all services. Once complete we designed all MEP services and commenced construction creating a 444 bed hospital facility with 8 operating theatres, MRI scanner and CT scanner. The hospital consists of various specialist wards which all required servicing bespoke to the needs of the operators. We supplied all mechanical, electrical and medical services to the hospital.

British Aerospace Systems - Eurofighter Test Hangers

To provide the mechanical and electrical services for the new testing facility for the euro fighter aircraft. The works were undertaken under oath of the official secrets act.

The Trafford Centre

The Trafford Centre was at the time built to be Europe's largest shopping centre. There are 11,500 free parking spaces, over 200 stores, six nationally renowned anchor stores, Europe's largest food court with seating for 1600, 60 restaurants cafés and bars providing over 6,000 covers, a stylish new dining experience. Our team provided all of the mechanical and electrical services within the complex.

Humberbank Power Station

The installation of mechanical and electrical services to serve the gas and steam turbine hall power station. We installed the gas, oil, steam and cooling water pipe work for the new closed cycle gas turbine plant.
