I have a strong belief that teamwork is one of the most important factors to success. We all come from different backgrounds and skillsets and when in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect, we can learn and grow together. I strive to implement a friendly atmosphere in the workplace, and share my knowledge and skills with others. I took a great interest in IT while working in customer service and made the leap into network administration.I learned very quickly in network administration that uptime is of absolute importance and learning the proper networking protocols ensure that uptime remains constant. The communication skills I developed in customer service has been an enormous help when I have had to assist end-users with troubleshooting networking issues, or explaining to a supervisor why a specific piece of hardware or software is necessary to ensure a smooth workflow. I enjoy the different responsibilities that change on a daily basis ranging from finding the one corrupt email among the thousands that exist that is preventing synchronization from client to server to helping a non-tech savvy user add an Apple ID and show them how to add/remove apps. I enjoy learning new things and want to expand my skillset in IT.There's always room for improvement. There's always an opportunity to learn, There's always an opportunity to help.
