• Surveying consultant to various clients with differing properties across their portfolio offering a full property management service• Landlord and Managing Agent negotiations with regard to lease responsibilities• Production of maintenance contract documentation on behalf of external clients with full administration and financial control• Full project management services when fitting out existing properties• Management of multi-discipline external contractors across the UK• Undertaking property condition surveys to manage life cycle costs• Client representation on dilapidation claims• Liaison with potential clients to build relationships in order to market the business

• Manage a 3 person team of Building Surveyors that cover the UK• Responsible for the management of multiple discipline contractors throughout 17 different contractor regions • Project Management of refits in accordance with business requirements• Managing/monitoring capital expenditure and repairs and renewals budgets• Production of and administration of contracts in accordance with T&C’s, SLA’s etc• Dilapidation surveys and report writing for internal Property team and liason with external serving parties• Working knowledge of H&S and CDM regulations on both notifiable and non-notifiable works• Management of asbestos as a duty holder in accordance with HSG 264 and statutory compliance• Implementing PPM contracts across various disciplines where required in the business• Liason with internal departments and external consultants• Work closely with the Helpdesk support function and influence when required• Successfully project managed a £1m refurbishment of the head office building in 2005
