This will involve liaison with the GRM’s• Perform KYC due diligence in accordance with local compliance requirements, on a range of institutional clients with different legal structures across multiple jurisdictions• Complete annual reviews for entities / individuals classified as high risk, in accordance with the HSS risk based approach• Monitoring adherence to any service level agreements, performance level agreements, collating data, providing feedback, resolving operational deficiencies and implementing action plans where SLA’s / PLA`s` are not met by either CTLA or the client.• Manage the day to day relationships with all clients and act as escalation point for all RM Support or Fee Billing related issues• Ensure Treating customers fairly principles are adhered to at all times.
